Application
You tell us how you think about ownership, capital and time. Written, unhurried, read in full by a member of the team.
Roughly 20 minutes to complete
Step 02
Initial Review
We look for coherence between your stated philosophy and the way we build. Fit is assessed before anything else.
Within two weeks
Step 03
Partner Conversation
A conversation, not a presentation. We answer questions candidly, including the ones that make the programme sound less appealing.
Scheduled at your convenience
Step 04
Alignment Assessment
Expectations, horizon, involvement and decision rights are examined honestly — in both directions.
One structured discussion
Step 05
Internal Review Committee
The committee deliberates on long-term alignment and cluster composition. Most applications conclude here, with respect.

Invitation
Where alignment is strong, an invitation to join a cluster is extended personally, alongside full documentation.
