Why we don't sell franchises
A franchise transfers risk to the least prepared party. We kept the operating burden where it belongs — with the operator.

TrimHub Partners is a private ownership program for professionals who believe in long-term wealth creation through professionally managed businesses.
Every partnership begins with alignment—not capital.
01Why We Exist
Traditional franchise models ask investors to become operators.
We believe operators should operate.
Capital partners should think long term.
TrimHub exists to build businesses. Not sell franchises.
02Our Belief
Business ownership should create freedom—not another full-time job.
The strongest businesses are built when operators operate and investors trust systems.
Alignment matters more than capital.
Long-term partnerships outperform short-term transactions.
03Who We Look For
Not because of profession. Because of mindset.
04Fit & Alignment
05Our Selection Process
Six deliberate stages. Nothing is automated, and nothing is rushed.
Step 01
A written account of your background, philosophy and intent. Read in full, by a person.
Step 02
We look for coherence between how you think and how we build.
Step 03
An unhurried conversation. No pitch, no pressure, no timeline pushed on you.
Step 04
Expectations, horizon and decision rights examined honestly on both sides.
Step 05
The committee deliberates. Most applications conclude here, with respect.
Step 06
Where alignment is strong, an invitation to join a cluster is extended personally.

Cluster LLP
A defined, governed ownership entity
Managed by TrimHub
Full operating responsibility
Multiple Salon Locations
Built, staffed and run to standard
Monthly Governance
Reporting, review, decision rights
Profit Distribution
Distributed per the agreed framework
The model is intentionally simple: ownership is held in a defined entity, operations sit with TrimHub, and governance is the connective tissue between them. Structural and commercial specifics are discussed privately with invited partners.
07What We Manage
08Governance
Every partnership is constituted through formal, documented agreements.
A fixed reporting rhythm, prepared to a consistent standard.
Books maintained and reviewed independently of operations.
Good news and difficult news travel at the same speed.
Who decides what is settled before it matters.
Structures designed to reward patience on both sides.

10A Letter to Prospective Partners
When we started TrimHub, we were told the fastest way to grow was to sell the brand to anyone who could afford it. We declined. Not out of sentiment, but because we had seen what happens when operating standards are handed to people who never wanted to be operators.
A salon is an unforgiving business. It is people, hours, training, consistency and detail — every single day. It cannot be run on enthusiasm, and it cannot be run from a distance by someone with another career. So we made a decision that has slowed us down and, we believe, will define us: we operate everything ourselves.
That decision changes who we can partner with. We are not looking for the largest cheque in the room. We are looking for people who think in decades, who understand that good businesses compound quietly, and who are comfortable letting a professional team do the work.
So we choose carefully. We read every application ourselves. We say no far more often than we say yes, and we try to do it with respect. Capital alone has never qualified anyone here.
If any of this sounds like how you already think about ownership, we would genuinely like to hear from you.

Most people who believe they want to own a business are being sold a job. The two are not the same.
